Although we promised to check the item carefully and ensure there are in perfect condition, but sometimes there are unforseen circumstances that we cannot control over, thus this return and refund policy is made to ensure there are solution for it.
Please understand that all sales are final once orders have been placed,we are not accepting return/refund of the sold items except for circumstances such as below:
- Accepting the Wrong items that are not stated in the order.
- Accepting Wrong Amount of quantity as stated in the order
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be condition as below:
- Products must be in brand new & sealed condition
- Full Unboxing Video Showing our Custom Red TAPE still sealed.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Kaiba CorpX will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 1-2 days after the confirmation.
