Although we promised to check the item carefully and ensure there are in perfect condition, but sometimes there are unforseen circumstances that we cannot control over, thus this return and refund policy is made to ensure there are solution for it.
Please understand that all sales are final once orders have been placed,we are not accepting return of the sold items except for circumstances such as below:
Accepting the wrong items that are not stated in the order.
Faulty parts/components from the manufacture (Please check carefully before unseal the packaging else we won't recognize the damage as it could be intentionally damaged by the customers.)
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Kaiba CorpX will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 1-2 days after the confirmation.
